Internship
We created our internship program with our partner, Cowbell Kitchen. Love, KK raises funds to provide a fully paid internship experience at Cowbell Kitchen. We are always looking for new business partners and interns to expand this program!
Constance Pemberton-2020
Constance completed the internship during COVID while she was finishing up pastry school.
After graduation, she worked at Cowbell Kitchen in pastry, then moved into management, helping lead their team.
Cowbell Kitchen trained Constance in small business management and pastry production.

Tiffany Harrison-2023
Tiffany is a culinary student at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College, pursuing her second career and following her passion for baking. Tiffany worked alongside Cowbell Kitchen's pastry team to complete her 200-hour internship. After graduation, she dreams of one day opening her own bakery.
